How I work

Understanding Your Mind with Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy

​I follow the principles of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, focusing on analyzing and uncovering the roots of your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Exploring Unconscious Thoughts

We will explore your unconscious thoughts, which originate from the family environment and experiences you grew up with. These thoughts influence how you view life and make relational choices.

Addressing Specific Issues

We will delve into the specific issues that brought you to seek therapy, aiming to enhance your self-awareness and illuminate the origins of your experiences. My goal is to help you recognize self-destructive patterns so you can break free from them.

Gaining Insights and Empowering Change

By gaining insights into these unconscious patterns of behavior, you will be empowered to take control of your life, moving beyond unhelpful tendencies and embracing a more authentic existence.

Session Details

 Each session is 1 hour 20 minutes long.

  • Fee: £60 - Payable by BACS or card prior to the session.

My Background:
I transitioned from a corporate career in various multinationals to become a Behavioural & Holistic Anxiety Therapist in London, Basingstoke, and online.

 

Today, as a Psychotherapist, I focus on the principles of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy to help my clients transform their lives. I have worked with women from over 8 different countries, helping them heal from unhealthy anxiety with my method. I also mentor and provide training to women from over 9 different countries.
